Beginners Yoga – Tuesday @ 6 PM

This is an all levels class designed to reconnect with the body through movement and breath. It will focus on developing safe alignment in foundational yoga poses. The postures in this class are practiced to strengthen and promote balance and flexibility in the body while integrating the breath. In addition to movement, this class will include opportunities for breathwork to improve the overall balance of mind, body and soul.

All bodies are welcome.

Hatha Yoga All Levels – Saturday @ 10AM

Let’s start the weekend off together with this gentle flow!! This class is designed to be a restorative yet energetic practice preparing you for a peaceful and productive weekend! We will incorporate simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave class ready to enter the rest  of your weekend with vitality.

Ayurveda & Yoga
 

This zoom class is designed to make the progression of the seasons seamless and interrupt the insidious cycle of burnout caused by societal stressors. The class will offer simple suggestions for incorporating Ayurvedic self-care routines, rituals and recipes and how to incorporate them into our modern life! We will work on bringing the body/mind into balance using the appropriate yoga and pranayama techniques for the current season! Together we will move progressively through a six week series for each season. We will interweave asana, meditations and breathwork to leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated!

Root to Rise Flow

Wake up and tune into your body with this mindful morning flow.
This sweet, grounded practice encourages self-care and body-awareness through
heat-building, flowing, and centered movement. Expect a combination of
Pranayama, accessible sequences, and refreshing, meditative movement. Each class is an opportunity to be intentional, grounded, and connected to mind, body, and heart. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave class ready to enter the rest of your weekend with vitality.

Yoga for Youth

 A fun and joyful learning experience. Through learning and practicing yoga kids release pent up energy and learn how to relax. They improve coordination, increase strength and flexibility. They discover respect for their bodies and themselves as well as others. No yoga experience needed. Bring your own mat and water.

Open to ages 8-12.

Yoga for Teens

This class is geared towards the physical and emotional wellbeing of teens. Practice
poses, build strength, develop focus, enhance flexibility, and enjoy moments to practice mindfulness as all included in this class. Enjoy a non-competitive environment to explore yoga poses and simple breathing techniques.
Students learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress, and connecting to their
bodies in a loving way, inherently building self confidence.
No Yoga experience needed. Bring your own mat and water.

Open to ages 12 – 18.
